Libby is a credentialed educator with a passion that shines brightly in every classroom and tutoring session. With four years of hands-on experience, she has already built a reputation for her ability to truly connect with children, making learning both meaningful and joyful. Libby’s warm and encouraging approach not only helps students grow academically, but also supports their social and emotional development. Whether building confidence in reading, sparking curiosity in math, or guiding students through new challenges, Libby creates an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

Tutoring Services

TK–6 Personalized Tutoring

Sessions can be tailored to your child’s individual learning needs, whether they need extra practice, homework support, skill building, or an added challenge.

Reading & Literacy

Phonics, decoding, fluency, comprehension, vocabulary, and foundational reading skills.

Writing & Language

Spelling, grammar, sentence building, written expression, and age-appropriate language skills.

Math & School Support

Foundational math skills, homework support, review, practice, and confidence building.

Where We Meet

Carlsbad & In-Home Sessions

Regular tutoring sessions are available at the Carlsbad City Library on Dove Lane. In-home tutoring may also be available for families who prefer sessions at home, with a $20 travel fee.

Scheduling and in-home availability may vary.
